Fast Times Tennis, Inc. (“Fast Times Tennis,” “we”) runs fasttimestennis.com. This page explains what information the site collects and how we use it. We keep it simple: we use your information to answer your questions and give you estimates — we don’t sell it.

Information you send us

When you use our contact form or request a quote from the Court Designer, we receive what you enter — such as your name, email, phone number, court location, project details, any photos you attach, and your court design. It is emailed to our team so we can reply and prepare your estimate. Photos are resized and sent by email; they are not published on the website.

If you call or email us, we receive the information you choose to share in that conversation.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are viewed and whether someone taps our phone number or sends a form). Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser type, and pages visited. You can learn how Google uses this information at How Google uses information from sites that use its services, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

The map on our contact page loads from Google Maps only if you click “Show Map.”

Spam protection

To stop spam and abuse, our forms and admin login keep short-lived technical records tied to a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address. These are deleted automatically.

Our contact form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell real people from spam bots. When you start filling in the form, it loads from Cloudflare and checks technical signals from your browser, such as your IP address and browser type. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Sharing

We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make the website and email work (such as our web host, Google Analytics and Cloudflare), or when required by law.
