Certified Tennis Court Crack Repair
Long-term, guaranteed crack repair systems — installed by a certified crew to American Sports Builders Association specifications.
Cracks are the number-one reason tennis, pickleball and basketball courts fail early. Fast Times Tennis is a certified installer of RiteWay Crack Repair — a guaranteed, no-return system for large cracks — and Armor Crack flexible repair systems.
All repairs are performed to American Sports Builders Association (ASBA) specifications before any acrylic resurfacer is applied, so the new surface goes down on a sound base.

Honest assessments

Why cracks come back
Ordinary crack filler can’t keep up as the asphalt expands and contracts through western PA’s freeze-thaw seasons, so the crack reappears — often within a season or two. The RiteWay system is engineered to move with the pavement instead of fighting it, which is why it can be guaranteed.
At Saint Vincent College we repaired more than 800 linear feet of cracking with the RiteWay system before resurfacing all six courts.
Warning signs your court needs crack repair
Watch for cracks radiating from net posts, baselines or the basketball key, coating that peels or bubbles because moisture is getting underneath, and birdbaths that still hold water an hour after rain. Water finds every hairline crack, freezes and expands — turning small flaws into structural problems.
Cracks are repaired first, then low spots are filled with patch binder and flood-tested until water sheets off cleanly — all before any acrylic resurfacer goes down. Want base cracks kept off the playing surface altogether? A cushioned court puts a rubber cushion between the base and the color coats, so cracks that form below don’t show through.
Common Questions
Always. Cracks are repaired before any acrylic resurfacer is applied, following ASBA specifications.
The RiteWay Crack Repair System is a guaranteed no-return system for the cracks it is installed on. We will walk you through the coverage on your written estimate.
